Monarch Construction Group Australia Pty Ltd provides renovation and construction services across Sydney and the Southern Highlands, NSW. All work is carried out by licensed, insured tradespeople to the relevant NSW standards.
The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranty that all content is complete or error-free. Images of completed work are examples of our projects and individual results will vary by site, scope and selections.
Any prices or indications given on this website or in initial discussions are estimates only. A binding price is provided in a written, fixed-price quotation specific to your project. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to a site inspection and confirmation of scope.
Renovation work proceeds under a separate written agreement between you and us, which sets out the scope, price, payment schedule and timeframes. Where there is any inconsistency between that agreement and these website terms, the written agreement prevails.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Renovation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion, and bathroom waterproofing is completed to the applicable Australian Standard and backed by a 6-year waterproofing warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products and fixtures. Statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) apply where relevant and are not excluded by these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
